Pumpkin Maple Pecan Dump Cake

This delightful dessert combines the rich flavors of pumpkin, the sweetness of maple syrup, and the crunch of pecans in one easy-to-make dish.

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup maple syrup
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) butter pecan cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • ½ cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Mix the pumpkin puree and maple syrup in a large bowl.
  4. Pour the pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  5. Sprinkle the cake mix evenly over the pumpkin mixture without mixing.
  6. Top with the chopped pecans.
  7. Drizzle the melted butter over the top.
  8. Bake for 35-40 minutes until the top is golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool for a few minutes and serve warm.
