  • 1 cup sloppy joe sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Cheddar Bay biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat for 6-8 minutes.
  3. Mix in the sloppy joe sauce with the cooked beef.
  4. Spread the mixture evenly in a greased 9×13-inch casserole dish.
  5. Prepare the biscuit topping by combining the biscuit mix, milk, egg, garlic powder, and seasoning in a bowl.
