Sticky Garlic Chicken Noodles

A delicious high-protein dish featuring tender chicken pieces sautéed with garlic, ginger, and noodles, finished with a sticky garlic sauce.

  • 1 lb Chicken Breast, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Fresh Ginger, minced
  • 8 oz Egg Noodles
  • 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
  • 2 Green Onions, sliced (white and green parts separated)
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: chop chicken, mince garlic and ginger, and slice green onions.
  2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the chicken for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic and ginger; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Make it saucy by adding soy sauce and honey; simmer for 2-3 minutes until thickened.
  6. Toss in the cooked noodles and mix until covered in sauce.
  7. Stir in the white parts of the green onions and mix well.
  8. Plate the dish and garnish with green onion tops and sesame seeds.

Notes

Feel free to experiment by adding veggies or spicy elements for different flavor profiles.
