  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Set up three shallow dishes: one with whisked egg, one with combined Parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Coat each chicken tender in the egg mixture, then dredge in the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Place the coated tenders on the baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  6. Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
