Patriotic Firework Cupcakes

Delightful cupcakes featuring fluffy vanilla cake with colorful frosting, perfect for celebrating festive occasions.

Ingredients

  • 1 box of white cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of whipped cream
  • Red, white, and blue food coloring
  • 1 cup of frosting (vanilla or cream cheese)
  • Sprinkles (red, white, and blue)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the white cake mix, eggs, water, and whipped cream in a large mixing bowl, and beat until smooth.
  3. Divide the batter into three bowls and dye each part red, white, and blue.
  4. Line a cupcake tray with liners and layer the colored batter.
  5. Bake for 18-22 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  6. Cool the cupcakes for 5 minutes in the pan, then transfer them to a wire rack.
  7. Frost the cooled cupcakes with your choice of frosting.
  8. Add red, white, and blue sprinkles on top.

Notes

These cupcakes can be stored in an airtight container for up to 2 days at room temperature or refrigerated for up to a week.
