Fresh and Zesty Pico De Gallo

A vibrant and flavorful fresh salsa, perfect for chips, tacos, or as a topping on grilled dishes.

Ingredients

  • 4 Tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro, chopped
  • 1 Lime, juiced
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash your tomatoes, cilantro, and jalapeño thoroughly.
  2. Dice the tomatoes into small cubes for even texture.
  3. Chop the onion finely, to mix into the salsa.
  4. Prepare the jalapeño by removing seeds and finely chopping.
  5. Chop the cilantro roughly to release its flavors.
  6. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  7. Add lime juice and salt, taste to balance flavors.
  8. Let it rest at room temperature for at least 15 minutes.
  9. Enjoy your Pico De Gallo with chips, tacos, or grilled meat!

Notes

For restaurant-style presentation, serve in a vintage bowl and garnish with extra cilantro leaves.
