A cozy and simple Pumpkin Chai Spice Dump Cake, perfect for fall, combining pumpkin and warm chai spices.

  • 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup chai concentrate
  • 1 box (15.25 oz) spice cake mix
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Dump in the pumpkin puree, then the chai concentrate, followed by the spice cake mix, and sprinkle the ground cardamom over the top.
  4. Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the mixture.
  5. Mix gently until just combined; lumps are okay.
  6. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  7. Cool for about 15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream. Tastes even better the next day!
