Pumpkin Harvest Fruit Dump Cake

  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree
  • Mixed Autumn Fruit (e.g., apples, pears, cranberries)
  • 1 box Spice Cake Mix
  • 1 cup Pecans, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13 inch baking dish by lightly greasing it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Spread a generous layer of pumpkin puree across the bottom of your greased baking dish.
  4. Add your choice of mixed autumn fruits over the pumpkin layer.
  5. Sprinkle the spice cake mix evenly over the fruits and pumpkin.
  6. Add the chopped pecans across the cake mix layer.
  7. Melt your stick of butter and drizzle it evenly over the top of the cake mix.
  8. Pop the dish into the oven and bake for 45-50 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let the cake cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Notes

Top with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream for an indulgent treat. Experiment with different fruits or add chocolate chips for variation.
