Pumpkin Lemon Cream Dump Cake

A delightful dessert that combines pumpkin purée with tangy lemon curd for a refreshing twist on traditional pumpkin treats.

  • 1 can Pumpkin Purée
  • 1 jar Lemon Curd
  • 1 box White Cake Mix
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese
  • 1/2 cup Butter (unsalted)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare a 9×13-inch baking dish by greasing it with cooking spray or butter.
  3. Mix the pumpkin purée and lemon curd in a medium bowl until smooth.
  4. Spread the mixture into the greased baking dish in an even layer.
  5. Sprinkle the dry white cake mix evenly over the pumpkin-lemon layer – do not stir.
  6. Soften the cream cheese and dot it over the cake mix evenly.
  7. Melt the butter and drizzle it over the cake mix layer.
  8. Bake for 40-45 minutes until golden brown and set.
  9. Cool for 10-15 minutes, slice, and serve.

Notes

Serve warm with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Add crushed gingersnap cookies on top for extra texture.
