High Protein Low Calorie Breakfast Sandwich

  • ½ Cup Liquid Egg Whites
  • 1 Slice Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Slices Turkey Bacon

Instructions

  1. Prepare your English muffin by splitting it in half and toasting until golden brown.
