Ingredients

  • Plump, Juicy Shrimp
  • Crisp Cabbage
  • Avocado
  • Cotija Cheese
  • Cilantro
  • Garlic-Lime Crema Sauce
  • Tortillas
  • Taco Seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Chop your cabbage, slice your avocado, and crumble the cotija cheese.
  2. Season the shrimp with taco seasoning, salt, and olive oil.
  3. Heat the pan over medium-high heat with olive oil.
  4. Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and opaque.
  5. Make the garlic-lime crema by whisking together Greek yogurt, minced garlic, lime juice, and salt.
  6. Warm the tortillas in the skillet for about 30 seconds each side.
  7. Assemble the tacos with cabbage, shrimp, garlic-lime crema, cotija, avocado, and cilantro.
  8. Dig in and serve with lime wedges!

Notes

For added flavor, serve with lime wedges and consider adding spicy pickled onions. Leftovers can be stored separately?
