Refreshing Raspberry Mojitos

Sip into summer with this light and refreshing Raspberry Mojito, packed with fresh raspberries, mint, and lime juice.

Ingredients

  • 45 Fresh Raspberries
  • 34 Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 3/4 Ounce of Fresh Lime Juice
  • 3/4 Ounce of Simple Syrup
  • 2 Ounces of White Rum
  • 4 Ounces of Club Soda
  • 1 Cup of Ice
  • 1 Slice of Lime & Raspberries and a Mint Sprig for Garnish

Instructions

  1. Muddle the fresh raspberries and mint leaves in a sturdy glass to release their juices and oils.
  2. Pour in the fresh lime juice and simple syrup, stirring gently to combine.
  3. Add the white rum and give it another light stir.
  4. Fill the glass with ice to the brim.
  5. Pour club soda over the ice, filling the glass to the top.
  6. Garnish with a slice of lime, fresh raspberries, and a sprig of mint.
  7. Sip and savor the refreshing flavors.

Notes

Adjust sweetness by modifying the amount of simple syrup. For a non-alcoholic version, omit the rum and use more club soda.
