Homemade Nectarine Frozen Yogurt

A refreshing and creamy nectarines-infused frozen yogurt that’s simple to whip up and perfect for any season!

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe nectarines, pitted and chopped
  • 2 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Instructions

  1. Prepare the nectarines by chopping them into small pieces and squeezing lemon juice over them.
  2. Blend the chopped nectarines, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and remaining lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
  4. Chill the mixture in an airtight container in the freezer for about 4-6 hours.
  5. Scoop into bowls and enjoy!

Notes

Serve with granola, fresh fruit slices, or nuts for extra delight. This yogurt can be kept for up to a month in an airtight container.
