Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven according to the package instructions. Spread the frozen tater tots in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for about 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until they’re golden brown and crispy.
  2. Heat your beef sausage gravy in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it’s warm and bubbling.
  3. Crack the eggs into a medium bowl and whisk them with a pinch of salt and pepper. In a non-stick skillet, heat a little butter or oil over medium heat and pour in the eggs. Cook until just set, about 3 minutes.
