Viral Ground Beef Hot Honey Bowl

A delightful bowl of savory ground beef with a sweet heat from hot honey, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 8 pieces Chicken thighs (Bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked paprika (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry with a paper towel and coat with olive oil and seasonings.
  3. Transfer the seasoned chicken thighs to a baking dish and roast for 35-40 minutes.
  4. Cook your rice or grain of choice according to package instructions.
  5. Mix honey and hot sauce in a small saucepan and heat until combined.
  6. Once the chicken is done, slice or shred it and place over rice.
  7. Drizzle the hot honey sauce over the top and garnish with fresh herbs and sesame seeds.

Notes

Feel free to substitute ground beef, turkey, or jackfruit for the protein. Customize with vegetables or a squeeze of lemon for added flavor.
