  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini, chopped
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Pita chips for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the spinach by sautéing it in a skillet with olive oil until wilted and let it cool.
  3. Mix the feta cheese, mozzarella cheese, Greek yogurt, sautéed spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl until well combined.
