Beef and French Onion Dip Casserole

A comforting casserole with ground beef, French onion dip, and gooey cheese, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup French onion dip
  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the egg noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions for 7-9 minutes.
  3. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Mix the cooked beef, noodles, and French onion dip in a large bowl.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish and sprinkle cheese on top if desired.
  6. Bake covered with foil for 25 minutes, then uncover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes.
  7. Garnish with green onions before serving.
