  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce

  • Chopped green onions for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: cut stake, mince garlic, and prepare rice.
  2. Heat the skillet over medium-high heat and melt the butter.
  3. Sear the steak in a single layer; season with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes without moving.
  4. Flip the steak and add minced garlic, sautéing for 30 seconds.
  5. Pour honey and soy sauce over the steak, mixing well and simmer for 2-3 minutes.
  6. Stir in the cooked rice until heated through.
  7. Garnish with chopped green onions and serve.
